BRAIN/HEART BARRIER, YES YES A THOUSAND TIMES YES. I experienced this a lot when I spoke Japanese! That I could say all sorts of crazy (and perhaps obnoxious) things, because there was this disconnection of my heart to what I was saying. I don't know if I ever really articulated the phenomenon as well as you did just now, but that's it EXACTLY! I guess it's just one of the interesting things about speaking in more than one language, and the different ways in which your brain processes and interprets information.
