Ooooooo-kay - I've got a few things to say/pimp.

First of all - hpqfac! Thanks go to Ni for linking it, I'd managed to miss all the talk about the Quills for Charity HP fest. :P Taken from the website itself:

The Harry Potter Quills for a Cause project is a charitable event that uses the production of fanfiction and fanart to raise money for HIV/AIDS research and prevention.

Just as charity marathons have both runners and sponsors, HP QfaC will have both writers/artists and sponsors who pledge to donate based on the amount of creative work produced during the event. For more information on participation in the event, please read the pages for creators and sponsors.

All funds raised by HP QfaC will go directly* to amfAR, a non-profit organization dedicated to HIV/AIDS research, prevention, and education.

*_ meaning that it's the sponsors themselves who will make the donation. Money will NOT pass through any other hands.

To those who have read Minx's Dead Till I Be With Him: am I the only one who randomly bursts out laughing thinking "Clorinthus"? Because honestly, did that line make me laugh. The random cracking up is not that normal, though, I wager. But I blame it on the fact that I've reread the whole series not too long ago, so it's still reasonably fresh. I wonder why I still bother trying to find excuses at all...



Oh, and this afternoon there should be snow. I'm giggling and squealing inside. Outside it's way too cold to be doing much of everything. :P And I'm purposefully not thinking of what bitches Perugia's roads are under snow. No, I don't really mind being a 4 years old at heart. Why, should I?



Immediately off to class, feeling more than a little like a heel for wasting time to post stupid entries, but not to check my friends' posts. And if you so much as try to say that I shouldn't feel guilty you'll get a booted kick where it hurts the most. You're warned, so shut up.

And I Am Multitasking. (Which is a phrase grammatically wrong.) I reached the pc about five minutes ago and I already have 15 windows open. Oh, well. No wonder I hardly finish anything, in life.

I forgot home the pics. ^^; (no, I haven't taken yet the ones of the businessmen with large shoulders.. partly because I saw your comment just few minutes ago, and also because I have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER of how I could take them ^^; I may cheat and post photos others did, though. Like advertisings, for instance. =P) I will post them on Monday, then..

And finally today classes started again! Just two years ago I wouldn't have ever imagined I would say this, but I missed them something awful. Yes. I'm being honest and truthful. Not just the people. I missed the classes. (Well, also because some of the professors have been the source of very good laughters, but nevermind that.. :D) But! I'm afraid we won't be able to re-form the old group. Aaah, the good old days.. I miss people telling me to give up and say what I use to lace my morning coffee. Or if I use drugs. Francesca is a very nice person, I love her to bits, but she tends to be also very quiet, during lessons.. I want Matteo and Tommaso here, too! Hm. I have to talk Matteo into coming to the English class this semester. And I have to ask him which Informatics classes he's taking. I'm afraid Tommaso is lost to the Physics Realm.

Yes, because today I had my first English class ever (in University, I mean!). And I got so excited, when I realized I was understanding everything the teacher was saying. Er.. no, of course it wasn't because the teacher was talking slowly, because it was the first day. And because she was using rather simple statements, since now there are both first years, second years, and third years (like me) following the same class. Of course not. =P

Few days ago I happened to look at this flash animation again. And it still cracks me up. (Check the pedestrian crossing.)


ETA: Nope. We're out of luck. Laura Pausini is still singing. (And her last music video, at some point, is such an imitation of a Britney Spears' old one that I had to laugh.)

[If there's someone who's stupid, it's me. I wanted to send out an email today, and I forgot the text (already typed) at home.. =_= I lack the force to try and rewrite it, because it was quite long. I'm stupid.]


Yesterday a friend of mine came back form London - where he had been for four days - and told me how a beautiful city it is, full of people, all the funny episodes... as if I didn't want to go already. Ha! XD Anyway! He said the probably in August he will go again, and I WILL go with him. I just have to! *grins* We would be quite some people... the only thing that worries me is that this time he and another had stayed at a friend's place.. who I don't know, so I can't impose on her. But! We should be more than just three to go, maybe five or six, so we'll probably book an hotel and all will be well. XD (I hope.)
