Wellll... you're probably guessing right, but just in case:

Wilson is sleeping on the couch.

House puts Wilson's fingers in said bowl full of water.

Much later that day, Wilson is sitting on one corner of the couch, and when House sits down next to him Wilson tells him that, er, he'd better put a cushion under his ass.

Tee hee hee...

Apparently that trick triggers a reaction in the body! I had no idea.
