I'm alive! I am! I swear! I just have the worst internet connection ever. At home, I mean. "Worst connection" as in "it doesn't work". I haven't seen a single ep of the new Torchwood yet! How sad is that? Once our personal technician comes back home he'll take a look at it, though. ;P

Speaking of, yup, Dad's still at the hospital - but he should be coming back soon, maybe today already. :) In the end, he had to have his cholecyst removed (last Monday) - even after fifteen days of antibiotics, it was still pretty inflamed, and beginning to bother the liver. Which is why the operation lasted longer than expected, about a couple hours. I was beginning to get worried, yep. :P But all seems to be well now, and guess what, I'm pretty glad of that. :D

And OH BOY but I feel like I've been out of touch with you for months. :( Theer are some of you I miss something fiery. Honestly, it's a crime D: Usually having the internets at home helps with that, too, but there you go. ;P I am so, so behind with comments. Sorry about that! I'll try to catch up, I swear. :( I'd wanted to comment on all the yuletart entries too! Guess what, that didn't happen either. And I'm afraid there's the gift for me in the bunch of the ones I haven't even seen. Whoops.

I'll do my best to do it all! :o Bear with me until then. ;P

I hope your dad's feeling better soon. I am sure he'll be up and around in no time. The first surgery I ever witnessed in school was a gall bladder removal. Fascinating bit of work. And these days, it so safe it's almost minor surgery. I like that. You know, the whole "Bruni's father being fine and not having any major health issues after this" thing. Makes me smile.

Now, quick question, do you want me to send you out the first three episodes? I can throw them on a disk and have it in the mail Monday. Or, I could wait until Thursday and have 4 episodes for you. But I know it takes a while for stuff to get to you, but if you're not going to be able to get it easily, I would be HAPPY to send it your way. Let me know. really. Not joking. Okay.

He's all right now! :D He's going to have to go for a check in soon, but otherwise, he's totally fine. Except for the bit where he can't eat yet all the good food he likes, but enjoy mocking him for it (but gently!), so it's all right. ;P

(Yup, we're pretty much a family of bitches. :D I do love that!)

Oh DARLING! Thank you so much! But thankfully there won't be the need for that - dad got the modem working again ;) So now I have four TW eps to watch! <33333 ...of course, I don't know WHEN I'll be watching them, but at least I have them now. *g*
