Just this morning I chose the gift for dad's birthday. Well, actually he's the 29th, but at least the gift-chosing it's over and done with.

Oh, yes, it's definitely an interested gift. :D :D Honestly, I find nothing wrong with that, if it's about common interests... *evil laugh*

So, at the start of August I'll be reading Toole's "A Confederacy of Dunces". :D And playing with Sudoku even more than what I'm already... But maybe some of you don't know what Sudoku is.

Taken from su_doku's info page:

Traditional su doku puzzles are a 9x9 grid of squares divided into nine 3x3 squares. The object is to place nine numbers, letters or symbols in the grid so that each of the symbols/letters/numbers appears in each row, column and 3x3 square.

An example? It's something like this.

And if you're thinking that mathematical notions are needed... well, you're wrong. It's just a pure logic game. You could put any other symbol in lieu of numbers, and it'd still work the same. :D



And that's my new addiction... Me ♥ sudoku. Tesssoooooro... :P

It doesn't look easy to me. But it's interesting.

Buying presents for my dad is always the hardest. I'm glad you found sth interesting. That's where I have the problem.

It's not so easy, in fact... you can spend whole hours on a scheme. But it's very addictive, I can testify to that. :D :D

And it will probably take a lot of the time I usually spend on LJs, until the end of the month.

*sighs* Oh, from me it's always either books or CDs, since I know his tastes there. And, well, other than that he's interested in informatics, but I can't really got and get him, say, a new processor. :P But I totally understand having problems in chosing gifts. Every Christmas is a torture.
