[Art] - Something Else. Something Better

I was working on something completely different. That something just didn't (doesn't) want to come out right, so Ni suggested "why don't you take a break with something else?" I went and did. ...at least now I'm only two drawings behind. :P

Notes: For jadis31 and spacedye_vest, two of the best friends anyone could ever hope to have. :D And for once neither of them knew this was coming! I kept my blabbering mouth shut. I can't believe it. The point is that I was reading Something Else. Something Better, which by the way you all should read as well, and I reached this scene that practically had a neon sign on its forehead, flashing DRAW ME at regular intervals.

I am weak.

When they reached the entrance, they heard the students pouring into the great hall. “So, do you want to play again next Saturday?” Cedric asked, as he stopped before the door.

Harry gave a little shake of his head. “It’s a Hogsmeade weekend.”

Cedric wasn’t accepting that as an excuse, however. “So what? How long can that take? I’ll be back here by 3:30, plenty of time for a game.”Cedric’s voice took on a note of mischief, “unless you’re not up for it, of course. I mean it is cold, and we all know how fragile Gryffindors are.”

Harry laughed, “I’ll be here at 3:30. This time, I’ll bring a Snitch; give you a free lesson on being a Seeker.”

Cedric opened the door. They were both still laughing as they went their separate ways into the Great Hall.

Yep, I read it and loved it and finally reviewed it after the third reading. You really managed to get through the camaraderie of those two, bravo!
