KISSYBOOK PROJECT * It's a book about kissing.

I enter a bookshop meaning to buy a book of either Spanish or French grammar, and I come out of there with a copy of Why we can't be christians (let alone catholics) instead.

Figures.

(HEY. The book was written by a mathematician AND the prologue's title is "To christians and cretins". How in hell was I meant to resist?)

Oh, and keep your fingers crossed for me. If I'm lucky, I'll post one pic by the end of the day, and two more by Wednesday. I really have to get back into the swing of drawing.

ETA: FUCK! I've got over 10000 visits already! O_o Okay, make that a total of four pics instead of three... anyone who wants to claim the kiriban? :P

ETA2: I just received a txt message, which said:
LAUGH

...

Yeah, I did. Sad, sad, sad. I have friends who may know me too well.

And maybe because I also cheated and added the counter when there was just the A Saturday thing and the crappy Sketchbook. XD

(HAHAHAHA. FUNNY JOKE. XP)

*CLINGS!*

(I could swear I didn't use all caps quite that much before I married you. XD)

Do I get points for taking care not to let it register my own visits? XD

(THAT'S WHY I MARRIED YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE!)

(AND I GOT D*U*C*K!)

WHY ARE YOU ON THE COMPUTER GO READ IT NOW YOU SILLY MONKEY!!!!!

(I can't set my counters to not register my own hits, so I bet that's where most of them come from. Or random searches for "Hot stick pr0n lolz")

(I thought you married me because you like my bum! :O)

If Poppy wrote a book with them just going, I don't know, shopping or for a walk? I SO WOULD WANT IT. Man, how I love the way she writes the two of them interacting. I can't decide whom I want to hump more. Possibly both at the same time.

...I've also started reading Drawing Blood, but that book is so bloody depressing! :O I always find myself needing to, like, breathe a lot of fresh air every time I pick it up. O_o

(...

AND YOU'RE SURPRISED? How many are they? :D :D :D)

(*gets sultry look*)

(which is another word whose meaning I'm not too sure of. :P)

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU 100%! She could make picking out napkins an ADVENTURE IN READING! <33333

Keep at it! It starts out depressing, but it ends up REALLY REALLY SMUTTY! Though the only book of hers I've ever had trouble with was Exquisite Corpse, which I still can't reread. It's just.. Ughhhh it gets to me. (I still love it, though!)

(About this much.. ^^;; I think things have dropped lately, too?)

(I'll teach you the meaning of sultry~~~~ *EXTREME EYEBROW WAGGLING*)

OMG I want that book too!
I love that man! He was in an episode of Matrix (the one with Mentana, not the one with Keanu Reeves) in a special about the 'Da Vinci's code' book and I LOVED him! He sure knows what he's talking about, at least, he managed to shut up a Catholic expert more than once in the course of the show.
I hope I can find it in the library >_<
Let me know if it's any good, ok?

How in hell was I meant to resist?

*nodsnodsnods* INDDED. Don't try to resist anyway. *g*

I've got over 10000 visits already!

In one day? Congratulations! :D
BTW... I still wonder what's the difference between a hit and a visit.

*Coughs and puts her rosary out of sight.*

Actually, that book sounds interesting. I went to a great lecture last week on the role religion should take on (if any) in the modern world and how we ought to alter our approach to the study of religion. The speaker's main point was that, from a scientific standpoint, religion can be viewed as either an evolutionary adaptation or as a contagious disease. :) So now I feel compelled to read up on current theories about religion. Unfortunately, non parlo italiano, so I'll have to look for a different book...

Also, hurray for new art!
