I've enjoyed your comment, I'm checking out the links you gave me, and more than once, when I've been in restaurants lately, I kind of wanted to go and sneak a peek in the kitchens, see for myself what it's really like.
(Aw. I can't really relate, but that was one of my favorite passages.)
