::hugs:: Do you have ANY idea of how much I love you, Bruni? Truly, you are one of the most wonderful, adorable, incredible people ever, as well as being an artist with talent that I cannot begin to imagine having. I've admired and loved your artwork for so long, but never could ask you for anything drawn specifically for me because I thought that it would be rude and presumptive! That would be like requesting a piece from Michaelangelo or something--I mean, yes, if I was a *Pope* or something, I could request an original piece from an artist like that, but not just *me*, a nobody! You just don't do that to artists. :-)

Obviously, my first love as far as fandoms is Remus/Sirius, and your renditions of them are so perfect that there never was a question of what I would request. And, while I would NEVER ask you to draw something that your muse wouldn't lead you to do, I am going to send you the link to a fic that, if you feel the inspiration, I'd love for you to draw. This is the first of Nezad's "First Night" fics, which inspired me to begin writing in that series--Nezad, Treemonisha and I have a whole arc of stories on Azkaban's Lair. Anyway, one scene in the story had me nearly in tears for the beautiful image it created in my mind--the image of Sirius' hand holding the photograph of him and Remus as he watches the Photo!Remus and Sirius embracing and kissing--and I literally cried because I didn't have the talent to draw the image that was so clear in my head because it was just SO, SO beautiful. I had to settle for using words, because I just can't draw to save my soul.

So...I'm sending you the link to see if it will inspire you, but believe me, I will lovelovelove and treasure anything you draw for me, Bruni. As I said, you can draw the Sirius and Remus that I always envisioned while I was writing. So beautiful, Sweetie...perfection, really.

...and incidentally, you wouldn't be asking an artist, but a friend. You agree that that's kind of different? ;D Oh well, it's not as if I don't understand what you mean. I have problems asking myself. ;D So, next time just, I don't know... hint at it? Like "oh, there's this scene I would really like to see in picture... NUDGE NUDGE WINK WINK"? ;P

I hope to have the picture done as soon as possible :3 what would you prefer, to see the scansion as soon as it's done, or to wait until the actual piece has reached your home?

I know, sweetie, and I so appreciate you saying that because believe me, I DO very much consider you a friend, a most beloved one, and I'd come closer to asking a friend to do a drawing for me than some complete stranger. Still...I just didn't want to seem like I was taking advantage of our friendship or of your sweet, giving nature. LOL...I will, I promise! <3<3!!!

Ooooh, I want to wait until it arrives! That way, I'll be able to see it and hold it for the first time, and I think the excitement of opening it and seeing it in person will be even better than seeing it as a scan. :-) I'm so excited!

I'm planning it right now, deciding on the best way to take it - it might take me some time, and it will likely take some time to get there, so... try not to hold your breath too much. ^^; But I'll do my best! ♥
