First day of elections almost over, one more to go. Done my part. They're not the really Big Ones, they will be next year, but...

Cross your fingers for us?

Thanks.

And in my attempt to ignore everything going on in the world, apart from doing something as highly creative as keeping the telly firmly shut down (don't ask me how one keeps something shut down firmly or not, especially if the something was shut down from the start. I don't know. Maybe you just look at it really really bad.) I've started browsing through all the lj entries I have saved over the years... and guess what I found?

Which Gryffindor are you?

As soon as I recognized what it was, I started laughing. (Not in a bad way.) I had completely forgotten about it. Pffft, of course I did it again! You ask such obvious questions, sometimes. I scored 28 (Remus), and you? Aww c'mon, I want to know!

Now I'm back to find a Percy/Oliver that I'm sure was there. See you tomorrow!

But before I go... the 'in my pants' meme. Yeah. Me too.

So, what you have to do is essentially to pick up your playlist, click on the shuffle button, pick the first twenty songs it gives you, and add "in my pants" at the end of every title. Yeah. It's just that easy.

01) MSP - No Jubilees in my pants

02) Catatonia - Bulimic Beats in my pants

03) The Cure - One More Time in my pants

04) Peter Hammill - A Louse Is Not a Home in my pants (Even if I'd change "is" in "has". And let's ascribe this attempt at humor to stress, shall we?)

05) MSP - Motorcycle Emptiness in my pants

06) Liliana Felipe - Mala in my pants

07) MSP - Everything Must Go in my pants (...well.)

08) Suede - Picnic by the Motorway in my pants (Messy.)

09) Puddle of Mudd - Blurry in my pants

10) MSP - Sleepflower in my pants

11) Pearl Jam - Indifference in my pants (Yes, this made me cackle, all right?)

12) Turtles - So Happy Together in my pants

13) Kings of Convenience - I Don't Know What I Can Save You From in my pants

14) MSP - Democracy coma in my pants

15) RHCP - Under The Bridge in my pants

16) Pearl Jam - Dock of the Bay in my pants

17) Suede - She's In Fashion in my pants

18) Super Furry Animals - Hello Sunshine in my pants (Optimistic.)

19) Neffa - Aspettando il sole (Waiting for the sun) in my pants (Wannabe optimistic.)

20) Motel Connection - Two in my pants (And this is just gluttony.)

Bruni!!!!

I'll cross my fingers!

Damn it, I'll have to take that Quiz! AGAIN :)

I love to see that you're listening to the Turtles, isn't that a cute song? And the 'in my pants' list... there are a few there that are my fault. So proud :)

I love you!

Shutting the telly down proved to be useless. All you hear about (since friday) is the pope. Were I still religious now, I'd start considering dropping it even just for this. Enough is enough.

Yes, you have to take the quiz again, and you have to tell me your result! :D So? So? So?

I love that song. And he sings slowly enough to let me catch some of the words! Makes a monkey happy, that does. That meme unearthed songs whose existence I had forgotten... Kings of Convenience, for instance. (Have you ever seen them? One of the two guys always reminds me of Elijah Wood.)

So proud :)
And I'm so glad. :D

Love you too!

Same here, the popo this, the pope that .. annoying. Morbid, actually.

29 points, Remus :)

I got the lyrics to Happy Together too, so cute! It's almost cruel the way it's used in the movie.

I never seen the Kings of Convenience, where are they from?

Oh, but the one (and only) highlight has been when someone in.. Brazil, I think, announced the pope was dead when he still wasn't. Yes, I admit it, I sniggered at that.

Hmmm... north Europe, I think. Some time ago they started broadcasting "Misread" here. As images, I have this (http://www.crossradio.org/web/01_03/img/koc_1.jpg), and this (http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B00026W82U.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg).
