This, and that, and here, and there...
Feb. 22nd, 2005 01:02 pmSo, last Friday we, too, received the pamphlet on "medicinal's correct use", sent by our Ministry of Health. (Elections on 2nd and 3rd of April? COINCIDENCE.)
(But I have to admit that it's still more discreet than the blatant autobiography of the last time. That's a very hard one to top. Hm... I'm sure I never read it, but I don't know what we did with it. I know mum meant to send it back. Anyway, I saw it around a couple of days, then I didn't see it anymore. Can't say I cared.)
I asked granma how it was... well, it seems it's full of well-meaning advices like "don't abuse of medicinals", "take your medicinals either before or after meals, following their prescriptions"... yeah. They needed a pamphlet for us to know. And everything, of course, has been done with state's money.
On other news, next April is making me VERY worried. VERY.
As for yesterday evening, I had the idea of seeing Il Mestiere delle armi, and I ended up watching Bridget Jones instead. Well, mostly because I have the VHS of the first, and dad was watching the latter. I like watching movies with dad. He makes such remarks sometimes that prove to me where I got my "humor sense" (inverted commas are called for) from.
I won't say a thing about Jones' verbal incontinence and talent for putting the proverbial foot in mouth (among other things).
Nope.
Not a thing.
On the other end, at the ending - trite and banal as it was, I think so too - I looked at my pink pjs (there's a reason to it - the more I wear them , the more I wear them down, and noonebutmyparentscanseethemanyway), and wriggled my toes in my fanciful black socks. Oh, well. Guess I should start looking around?
ETA: Shitshitshitshit! I'm currently in an internet point, about to go and actually do something, instead of lazing around... and what do I hear? EMILY. Yeah, THAT Emily. As in the MANICS' Emily. Do you have any idea of how happy this makes me? Regardless of the fact that Emily is not exactly my favorite track in the record? Oh, yeah.

Hmmm. Aspettiamo... ¬__¬
Jo ti sta invidiando.
