Mmmh. The Bruni is not really at the top, physically speaking. I got out this morning that only my throat hurted a little and now I'm sort of aching all over, too. My head is sort of, you know, heaaavy, and I'm just thankful the stomach didn't join the party. ;P I like watching the world through this sort of haze, though. Even if I'd do without the slooooow reactions. :) And the shivers. Let us not forget the shivers.

Honestly, it's like I've smoked something.

As for the "I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW THIS" section, meeeh, I didn't know that pe going to bathroom when you're pleasurably drunk made you totally sober once again. I realized this (last New Year, actually) while still sitting on the w.c. and I felt slightly cheated.

Tried to check my pulse, too. 123 hearbeats per minute is normal? When no pretty boy is around, I mean?

ETA: ...and March the eleventh is...?
Art for [livejournal.com profile] sirius_loving is almost done. Am horribly late. Am horrible, period.

Apart from this: I got out of class half an hour ago and I have another one in - *checks* - whoops, 15 min, so I'd better make this quick. To give you an idea of the kind of things I laugh to, the professor just told us a joke, and (yes, I'm heartless) I'm going to share.

There are two men on a hot-air balloon. Storm ensues, lots of wind etc etc, so that when it ends they have no idea where they are. They look at each other, then, very carefully, they start to (HA! I know what you're thinking here, you pervs! :P) descend. They spot a man on the ground, and shout: "Hey there! Where are we?"

No reply. They try again. "HEY! Where are we?"

Then the man shouts back, "You're on a hot-air balloon!"
[Someone also adds the line:

The men look at each other for a moment, then one says: "Why did we have to pick a mathematician?"

...because it's notorious that we mathematicians say, yes, true things, but also completely useless ones. :P]

...the worrying part is not that it made me laugh. Rather, that I'm spreading it around.

All right, running off, bye.
There are times when I look at the list of things I want to do and I tell myself: You are out of your monkey mind.

No, it's not going to get less cryptic than this.

Oh and, with a little delay... Happy birthday, [livejournal.com profile] mackittenx!

I love how lj's spell checker is so amazed that I haven't done any error that he remarks it in red ink. :P

...

Why oh why am I still here?
Tiredness is really trying to catch up with me, and doing a rather spectacular job of it. I'm dead tired. If usually my 3 (three) neurons vary between this and this, now they're not doing anything of the sort. (Did scansion.) (Since I'm rather sure you can't read it, it says: "Wanna play?" "... Naaah.")

I rather suspect I'm going to do more lurking than anything else, today... sorry 'bout that.

Anyone on Y!M?

Anyone with a spare brain?

Yesterday we had the "ending dinner" with all the people who worked at the festival. It was a lot of fun, but now things are really over. :D Well, maybe I had so fun also because between the hors d'oeuvre and the first dish there a lot of time went by. When you're drunk well, me tipsy everything looks funnier.

Also, ETA: 'Just how much out of your mind are you?' test. )

ETA one more thing: is it possible to take photos with a webcam? It should be, right? But how? *blinks*
You know, this morning I was walking in 8:00-am-Perugia for the first time in a month, Wake Up Boo in my ears, ad it felt so good.

Bruni & Technology #1911:
Saturday I found online both Liz and Ni: VERY good. I want to set up a three-persons-chat: good.

The only problem being that, while I managed to get them in the same window, I was also the only one who could see both of them there. That's right. What I wrote could be seen by them both, and I saw what they wrote, but they couldn't see each other.

With my usual perceptiveness, I think I realized that after something like... ten minutes. Probably more.

...

Poor girls. Come to think of it, they must have thought I had even less sanity then usual.

(To my credit, I've only just started using Trillian. That was the... second time ever. The first being the chat with Ni and Nuri. BruNiUri, putting it in short.)

(Reading the Help guide? Why in heaven? *sigh* Honestly, hands-on type or not, it really wouldn't hurt me to do that from time to time. :P)

Guh. I have 20 pages open and I don't know where to begin. (And maybe going back through all the flist pages I haven't seen is a bit of a lost cause.)
