I keep going back to it, I know, but there are random things I liked/found funny about Deathly Hallows that I remember every now and then.

One is how Stan ended up being a DE. That lives in the "I found funny" area. Especially when I went back with my mind to the Great Confrontation, in HBP, between Harry and the Minister Of Magic Whose Name I Forget But Definitely Isn't Slughorn.

Another - which still falls under the "I found funny" category - is the mention, at the beginning of the book, of what Sirius' Infamous Bike actually looked like.

Reading that it was one of those sidecar deals?

I SO had this mental image.

ahahaha! XD oh man, images like that is precisely why i refuse to believe the sidecar was on the original motorbike. it had to be some addition that was put on there for the purpose of the escape.

as cool as sirius is, even he could not make a sidecar badass. so it did not exist in the 70s. nope. :D

To be honest, I stopped paying too much attention to the real canon somewhere along Ootp. I don't think I would have been shocked and/or sad even if it had turned out that Sirius still slept with his teddy bear. And that he had left it to Harry with the rest of the heritage.

In fact, I would have got quite the awesome laugh out of that...
