I keep going back to it, I know, but there are random things I liked/found funny about Deathly Hallows that I remember every now and then.

One is how Stan ended up being a DE. That lives in the "I found funny" area. Especially when I went back with my mind to the Great Confrontation, in HBP, between Harry and the Minister Of Magic Whose Name I Forget But Definitely Isn't Slughorn.

Another - which still falls under the "I found funny" category - is the mention, at the beginning of the book, of what Sirius' Infamous Bike actually looked like.

Reading that it was one of those sidecar deals?

I SO had this mental image.

Ah! I love the Two Fat Ladies! They used to show it on my local public broadcast station in the U.S.! I think it might be why I find sidecars hilarious. Sirius = Jennifer and Remus = Clarissa is cracking me up right now.

Oh god. OH GOD, THANK YOU FOR SAYING THAT. And now, imagine having the images of Sirius and Remus like that pasted in your minds throughout at least the first three chapters. After that, thank god, I got distracted.

Honestly, and people wonder why I can't take canon seriously. What would be the fun in that?
